CityHook help you book services with local transport providers. Your transporter will help you with any queries regarding your journey.

If you have doubts or questions related to your booking details, payment details, cancelations or trip quality issues, CityHook can provide support with your query using email or chat.

Chat is provided during office hours; we process support questions as soon as we can, but with at least 24 hours.

What happens when you book

When you book via CityHook a confirmation email is sent directly to your email address. That is your proof of payment, your receipt. Depending on the local transport operator, a Ticket can be sent to you with further details and information. Read carefully the instruction on your email, to learn if you have to print the Ticket to be handed upon arrival to operator's personnel.
